Set only when you log in to the owner dashboard. Keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax.
Local storage
The dashboard stores your selected property and QR state; the demo and site chat keep the conversation in your browser so it survives a refresh. You can clear it in your browser settings.
