Albanian law requires every foreign guest to be reported to the State Police within 24 hours. Dua prepares the guest list from your bookings (name, nationality, dates) ready to submit on e-Albania – without asking guests for passport photos in chat.

What is The Host?
The Host is an AI assistant for apartment owners on Airbnb and Booking. Dua The Host, our assistant, answers guests 24/7 on the channels they use, takes booking requests and alerts you when a person is needed.
Can it give wrong information?
Dua answers only from information you have verified: apartments, prices, rules and services. If something is missing it does not guess. It asks you on WhatsApp, learns your answer and uses it next time.
Does it confirm bookings by itself?
No. Dua prepares the request with dates, price and guest details, and you confirm or decline with one tap. It re-checks the calendar before confirming to avoid overbooking.
How does e-Albania reporting work?
Dua organises guest data from your bookings into an export ready for reporting on e-Albania. The owner makes the final submission.
How long does setup take?
You sign up yourself at thehost.al and fill in the property questionnaire (about 10 minutes). Your account is active immediately and Dua is ready the next day, once it has been prepared with your data.
Which languages does it speak?
Albanian and English. It replies in the language the guest writes in.
What about guest data?
Your data is yours. We use it only to serve you and your guests, conversations are kept so Dua remembers returning guests, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
